Ari Osman

Ari is Managing Partner at Staff Hunters-Bedford. For over 10 years, Ari’s focus has been on sourcing top talent in finance, accounting, human resources and supply chain with a particular focus on mid to senior level executive search. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree from Union College and working abroad, Ari served as Director for an international staffing firm. His move to Staff Hunters-Bedford was a conscious decision to always put clients first. He’s found it genuinely rewarding to see that realized over the past years. In addition to work at Staff Hunters-Bedford,he serves on the board at Belknap House, the Lakes Region’s homeless shelter for families with children. Ari lives in the Lakes Region and enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors and is an avid motorcycle enthusiast.

Sara Wainright

Sara is a certified staffing specialist with a decade of experience successfully connecting clients with candidates. She joined Staff Hunters-Bedford in 2013 as a Staffing Manager for the Administrative and Human Resource Division and currently serves as Division Director. Sara’s recognized by peers and industry associations for her commitment to excellence and achieved Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) designation from The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) in 2010. Prior to her staffing career she studied at Southern New Hampshire University and worked in retail management. In her free time Sara can be found spending time with family and friends enjoying all that life in New England has to offer.

Dennis Comeau

Dennis joined Staff Hunters-Bedford in 2016 as a Recruiting Manager for the focused on Engineering positions and candidates. Dennis has nearly 10 years of recruiting experience, including a mix of agency roles, higher education recruitment and four years of direct-hire experience as a hiring manager for a technology company. With an educational background in psychology and higher education, Dennis loves recruiting because it gives him the opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives: By helping them do what they’re best at, and to be recognized for their talents. When he’s not working, Dennis dedicates all of his free time to his family and young children.

Marc Chase

Marc joined Staff Hunters-Bedford in 2016 as a Recruiting Manager for the Engineering group. Marc brings almost 20 years of recruiting experience to the team. His background includes local as well as national recruiting and business development. He spent his first 11 years in the field recruiting engineers, IT professionals, and software developers. After working a full desk at an administrative placement firm for 8 years, he is back in the technical space. After graduating from SNHU, Marc started his career in restaurant management. Making the transition into recruiting was easy, as his love for working with people remained intact, with the added benefit of being directly involved in helping people improve their lives. Outside of the office, Marc enjoys spending time with his wife and teenage children.

Ryan Picard

Ryan Picard joined Staff Hunters in 2017 as a recruiting manager. Ryan has spent over six years in the NH Army National Guard as a bandsperson and recruiting specialist. As a sergeant in the Army, and a recruiter, Ryan enjoys helping others advance their careers and achieve personal goals. After military recruiting, Ryan transitioned into private sector recruiting and still enjoys his part-time National Guard commitment. When Ryan is not working, he enjoys time remodeling his home, practicing music and spending time with his wife and dogs.

Samantha Farrell

Samantha joined Staff Hunters-Bedford in June 2016 as part of the administrative and payroll services team. Samantha has over 5 years of administrative experience; she got her start in the automotive industry and graduated to an administrative and accounting assistant position in the recruiting field. Samantha works a full desk; running weekly payroll, executing accounting duties, and completing various administrative tasks that allows the office to run at its best capacity. She has lived in the local area her entire life and sees recruiting as a way to interact and give back to her community. Samantha is currently working towards her bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting. When she is not at work, she dedicates her time to her studies, her family and friends.

Kassey Carruthers

Kassey Carruthers joined Staff Hunters in May 2016 as a Recruiting Manager specializing in Temp and Direct Hire recruiting for HR and Administrative Professionals. Kassey has lived in Goffstown, New Hampshire her whole life and graduated from Mount Washington College with an Associate in Business Administration. She started her career in the Restaurant industry where she quickly worked her way up into management and then decided to transition into sales and recruiting. She got into recruiting because she has a true passion to help others get where they would like to be in their careers and achieve their goals. When Kassey is not at work she enjoys spending time outdoors and being with her husband and three daughters.

Deirdre Prete

Deirdre joined Staff Hunters-Bedford in 2018 as a Recruiting Manager specializing in Temporary and Direct hire recruiting in the Accounting & Finance group. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, she started her career in the recruiting agency industry and brings almost 15 years of experience to the team, including a mix of both agency and corporate recruiting. Originally from New York City and then relocating to New Hampshire she has enjoyed recruiting for the accounting, finance, administrative, and healthcare industries at all levels. Deirdre loves to work with people and takes pride in finding the perfect fit for candidates to help further their career. When she’s not working, Deirdre enjoys cooking, traveling, exploring New Hampshire and spending time with her family and friends.

John Taylor-Maule

John recently joined the Staff Hunters team after six years in IT, ERP, and Healthcare IT Staffing. After stumbling into the field unknowingly in 2012 he quickly worked his way up the ranks by combining quality communication with results for both company and client alike. He brings a unique perspective to his vocation having engaged with a wide variety of technical skillsets, systems, industries, and geographies as well as having far flung professional experience from Burritos and Television to Offshoring and Sales Management. His favorite part about the job is engaging with new customers, technical trends, and market information on a day to day basis in order to deliver outstanding opportunities for his clients. Outside of the office he enjoys a quiet family life in the woods, hiking with his dogs, biking, woodworking, and Baseball.
